There’s also Summer Music Jam: Bluegrass led by Dudley Connell and Akira Otsuka on Saturday at 2pm at the Veterans History Project Information & Welcome Center (LJ-G51), Thomas Jefferson Building, Library of Congress.

The first Steppingstone Folk & Bluegrass Festival is Sunday from noon to 6pm at Steppingstone Farm Museum in Havre de Grace. Artists are Ken and Brad Kolodner, Charm City Junction, Under the Oak, and Joe & Co.
