The Baltimore Folk Music Society sponsors English Country Dance every Monday at St. Mark’s on the Hill on Reisterstown Road and American Contra and Square Dancing every Wednesday at the Lovely Lane Church on St. Paul Street. There is also a Family Dance on Saturday at 5pm at St. Mark’s on the Hill followed by the Second Saturday Square and Contra Dance at 8pm. 888.646.BFMS

Guitarist Michael Joseph Harris leads the Gypsy Jazz Jam every Monday with members of Hot Club of Baltimore and Ultrafaux at the Five & Dime Ale House in Hampden. The Baltimore Bluegrass Jam is Tuesday at the Five & Dime Ale House. 443-835-2179

The final WTMD & Baltimore Symphony Orchestra BSOPulse concert of the season is Thursday at Meyerhoff Symphony Hall with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and Lower Dens. Doors open at 5:30 for a pre-concert party featuring live music, happy hour drink specials, and food from our favorite Baltimore restaurants and breweries. The concert will be broadcast live on 89.7 at 8:30.
