Baltimore Soul RevueOn Saturday WTMD’s Dirty Soul Party brings you the Baltimore Soul Revue, featuring the legendary soul singers The Softones, Winfield Parker, and Sheila Ross of the Royalettes performing live with the Bellevederes at WTMD studios in Towson.
